In a hands-on, high-demand industry like forging, mentorship is a powerful tool for individual development. It offers real-work support, personalized guidance, and a space to ask the questions that formal training often leaves out. Whether you're early in your career and looking to grow, or a seasoned professional ready to share your hard-earned experience, this session will explore how meaningful mentoring relationships can fuel curiosity, close skill gaps, and help individuals step more confidently into their next chapter.
