2025 FIA Annual Meeting of Members

Taking place in beautiful Marco Island, the 2025 FIA Annual Meeting of Members will cover a wide range of topics as well as feature a variety of social and networking activities including a FIERF golf tournament, ForgingPAC fundraiser and FIERF Silent Auction. This exclusive FIA event is the premier gathering of North American forging industry executives and professionals. FIA encourages members to send their young professionals (Next Gens) and those under the age of 35 will receive a discounted rate.

Meeting Registration Fees:
     •   Executive Only Early Bird: $2,500
     •   Executive Only (After February 14): $3,000
     •   Executive & Spouse/Guest Early Bird: $3,700
     •   Executive & Spouse/Guest (After February 14): $4,300
     •   Next Gen Early Bird: $1,700
     •   Next Gen (After February 14): $2,000
     •   Next Gen Spouse/Guest Early Bird: $2,900
     •   Next Gen Spouse/Guest (After February 14): $3,300
     •   Children at Receptions: $125 per child/per night

The meeting registration fee includes meeting materials, admittance to the general session, meals and receptions. Hotel room fees are not included in the meeting registration fee. attendees must pay the total registration fee, whether they will be attending the full meeting or a portion thereof. The fee must be paid in advance of the meeting. Spouse/Guest refers to a marital spouse or significant life partner. It does not allow for a colleague to attend at that rate. Next Gen registration is for those 35 and under. Attendees and their guests must pre-register for the golf outing and optional tours. These items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as there are limited spots available. Children attending the receptions must pay an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be permitted until March 19, 2025 and will be refunded in full. After March 19, 2025 no refunds will be given, but substitutions are permitted if submitted to the FIA in writing.

No registration is final until accepted by FIA. FIA reserves the right to refuse registration/attendance to any person. Any registration that is not accepted by the FIA will be refunded in full.
