Forge Fair 2025 Attendee Registration

Produced by FIA, Forge Fair 2025 is North America's largest forging industry trade show. By registering and attending, forging industry professionals can see new products, make purchasing decisions and network with each other, all under one roof. The event takes place May 13-15, 2025 at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

In addition to trade show floor with exhibitors from around the world, Forge Fair 2025 will feature a variety of technical presentations. These presentations are conducted by subject matter experts from exhibiting companies, and they will take place each day. 

Attendee Registration Fees:*
     •   FIA member three-day pass:            $300  
     •   FIA member single-day pass:  $200 
     •   Non-member three-day pass:  $350 
     •   Non-member single-day pass:  $250 

 

*Online pre-registration will close on April 29th, 2025 at 4:30 ET. No pre-registration will be accepted after April 29th, 2025. Regular attendee registration will be available onsite at the Registration Desk at Forge Fair 2025. Credit card payment must accompany registration at Forge Fair 2025.

Attendees from Outside the U.S.A.:
     •   All fees must be paid in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. Bank. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the attendee
     •   Interpretation services are not available

What Type of Registration Pass Should You Purchase:
     •   If your company has a booth at Forge Fair 2025, select Exhibitor Pass
     •   If your company does not have a booth at Forge Fair 2025, select Attendee Pass

Cancellation:
If FIA cancels Forge Fair 2025, FIA will refund to the attendee their registration fees. If the attendee cancels their registration, no refund will be provided by FIA. Individual substitutions only and must be submitted in writing by April 24, 2025.

Please Note;
Forge Fair 2025 Exhibitor Booth registrations also include a limited number of staff passes (see below). If you are an exhibiting company, please submit your names for the no charge passes to Kathy Edwards via email at kathy@forging.org no later than April 29, 2025. 

     •   10x10 - Includes 1 pass
     •   10x20 - Includes 2 passes 
     •   20x20 - Includes 3 passes 
     •   20x30 +up - Includes 4 passes 
 
No registration is final until accepted by FIA. FIA reserves the right to refuse registration/attendance to any person. Any registration that is not accepted by the FIA will be refunded in full.
